HAIRGLO: Comprehensive Return, Refund & Logistics Policy
At HAIRGLO, we engineer our advanced red light therapy hair growth technology to the highest clinical and global manufacturing standards. We are deeply committed to ensuring that the technology, craftsmanship, and therapeutic integrity of your HAIRGLO cap meet our stringent quality metrics.
Because our products are medical-grade personal wellness devices, international and domestic direct-to-consumer logistics require a rigid framework to maintain sanitization, safety, and operational integrity. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following legally binding stipulations outline our procedures for returns, defect resolution, and refund processing.
1. Return Authorization & Eligibility Policy
1.1 The Return Window
Clients are granted a strict 30-day window, commencing from the official date of delivery confirmation by the logistics carrier, to officially initiate a return request. Requests submitted beyond this 30-day jurisdiction will be automatically declined.
1.2 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return evaluation, the HAIRGLO cap and all included components must remain in completely unblemished, unopened, and unused condition. Because this is a personal-use wearable health device designed for the scalp, the outer safety shrink-wrap, box seals, and protective internal packaging must be entirely unbroken and untampered with. The device must be returned in its original structural state, free of any signs of handling, hair residue, oils, odors, or alterations. All original factory packaging elements, charging cables, manuals, and accessories must remain fully intact.
1.3 Non-Returnable Classifications
For reasons of strict public health, hygiene, and device integrity, we cannot authorize returns on the following classifications of merchandise:

Any HAIRGLO cap where the external box seal or protective plastic shrink-wrap has been broken, peeled, or breached.

Any device exhibiting signs of physical handling, trial, environmental exposure, or use on the skin/scalp.

Final sale items, limited-run product drops, and promotional bundle acquisitions.
1.4 The Initiation Protocol
To formally commence a return, the client must contact our designated support network at support@shophairglo.com, providing the official Order Reference Number and a detailed explanation of the return rationale.
Upon review and preliminary approval by our logistics team, a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) directive and specific dispatch instructions will be issued.
Crucial Warning: Devices dispatched to our facilities without a pre-authorized RMA, or sent to an unauthorized address not explicitly provided in the RMA documentation, will be summarily rejected. HAIRGLO retains the right to safely dispose of unauthorized returns without issuing a refund or rendering a replacement.
1.5 Liability for Transit & Return Tariffs
The client assumes full financial responsibility for all transit costs associated with returning the merchandise to our designated processing facility. Original outbound shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
We categorically mandate the use of a trackable logistics service and the acquisition of transit insurance matching the full retail value of the device. HAIRGLO assumes zero liability for return parcels that are compromised, delayed, or lost in transit by third-party carriers.
2. Refund Adjudication & Processing
Upon physical receipt of the returned parcel at our specified processing hub, the device will undergo a comprehensive inspection by our Quality Assurance and Sanitation division (a process typically requiring up to 7 to 10 business days).

Adjudication: We will subsequently notify you via electronic mail regarding the formal approval or rejection of your refund based on the fulfillment of the strict criteria outlined in Section 1.2.

Processing Timeframe: If approved, the financial reimbursement will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be routed to the original method of transaction. Please allow up to 10 to 15 business days for the funds to officially post to your account. HAIRGLO is not liable for subsequent processing delays imposed by your individual financial institution or credit card syndicate.
3. Technical Defects, Component Errors, and Incorrect Dispatches
We enforce a rigorous multi-point technical inspection prior to dispatch; however, anomalies during electronic transit or manufacturing may occur. Clients are required to comprehensively inspect their order immediately upon reception.

The 48-Hour Mandate: If a HAIRGLO device exhibits a genuine structural defect, internal laser/LED component failure, or if an incorrect model was dispatched, the client must officially notify support@shophairglo.com within exactly 48 hours of documented delivery.

Evidentiary Requirements: The claim must be accompanied by high-resolution photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the technical malfunction or defect, alongside the Order Reference Number and images of the original packaging labels.

Resolution: Upon verification of the technical error or transit damage, HAIRGLO will expedite a replacement of the exact device or affected component at no additional transit cost to the client. Direct refunds are not issued for defective items unless a replacement cannot be sourced from our manufacturing supply chain.
4. Consolidation & Promotional Logistics
4.1 Consolidated Dispatch (Smart Packaging)
In alignment with our modern, efficient logistics paradigm, HAIRGLO actively minimizes excessive waste by utilizing streamlined packaging. If multiple items or accessories are acquired in a single transaction, or purchased via a multi-tier promotion, HAIRGLO reserves the right to condense the shipment. You may receive the entirety of your order secured within a single master shipping parcel rather than individual, excessive outer retail transport boxes. By initiating a transaction, the client acknowledges and accepts this delivery protocol.
4.2 Promotional Replacements
If an initial order included a promotional incentive (e.g., complimentary hair care serums, travel cases, or tiered percentage discounts), any authorized replacement or reshipment order—necessitated by an address error, transit failure, or approved warranty exchange—will strictly exclude the promotional or complimentary item(s). Only the primary paid hardware device will be reshipped.
5. Global Transit, Customs, & Liability Limitations
5.1 Delivery Address Accuracy
The client bears absolute responsibility for the accuracy of the destination address inputted during checkout. HAIRGLO claims no liability for parcels delivered to incorrect, abandoned, or incomplete addresses provided by the client. If a parcel is returned to our logistics hub due to an unverified address, HAIRGLO may, at its discretion, authorize a reshipment; however, the client is entirely responsible for the subsequent Reshipment Tariff.
5.2 Import Duties and International Tariffs
As an entity operating a global wellness supply chain, HAIRGLO ships directly from our specialized international distribution and fabrication hubs. Consequently, depending on the client's local jurisdiction, the parcel may be subject to sovereign import taxes, customs duties, or VAT. These charges are the sole legal responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by HAIRGLO. Refusal to pay these tariffs will result in the abandonment of the parcel, for which no refund will be issued.
