CONTRL Return, Refund & Subscription Policy
At CONTRL, we strive to provide the highest quality experience with our supplementation products. We want you to feel confident in your journey to regain your edge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.
1. Return Policy
Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all safety seals intact.
1.1 Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Opened Personal Care/Health Items: Any supplement bottle or container that has been opened or had the safety seal tampered with.

Perishable goods.

Customized or personalized items.

Sale items and Gift Cards.

Hazardous materials.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return To start a return, you must contact us at support@takecontrl.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Warning: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and may be disposed of without refund.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CONTRL is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (usually within 5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
3. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at support@takecontrl.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Required: Please include a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging & Promotional Items (BOGO)
4.1 Consolidated Packaging In an effort to reduce plastic waste and minimize our carbon footprint, CONTRL utilizes "Smart Packaging" for promotional offers.

Example: If you purchase a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer (e.g., 15 servings + 15 servings free), you may receive a single bottle/bag containing the total quantity (30 servings) rather than two separate containers.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the total serving count will match your order, even if the container count differs to save the planet.
4.2 Promotions & Reshipments If your order included a promotional offer (e.g., Buy One, Get One Free), any replacement or reshipment orders due to address errors or returns will not include the promotional item(s), only the standard paid item.
5. Subscription Policy
5.1 Subscription Overview By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CONTRL to charge your chosen payment method for recurring orders at the interval selected at checkout. You agree that your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.
5.2 Cancellation You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@takecontrl.com.

Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged.

Processed Orders: If a cancellation is requested after a charge has already been processed or the order is being prepared for shipment, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle. We cannot refund subscription orders once they have been processed.
5.3 Billing Reminders You will receive an email reminder approximately 3 days before your recurring charge is processed. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method and shipping address are up to date.
6. Shipping & Liability
6.1 Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CONTRL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.
