1. Processing Time

  • Turnaround: All orders are processed within 12-48 hours after purchase.

  • Notification: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via the email address used at checkout.

  • Note: We process orders immediately to ensure speed. This means once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimates: Transit times vary based on your location (country and state).

  • Standard Window: While most domestic orders arrive within 3-10 business days, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Immediate Processing: Because our system is automated to ship as fast as possible, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

  • Subscriptions: For subscription orders, you must cancel before your scheduled billing date. Once a subscription renewal has been billed and processed, it is considered a finalized order and cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

CONTRL is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, or building codes.

  • Resolution: If you realize you provided an incomplete address, please contact us immediately. If the package is held at your local post office due to an address error, our support team can guide you on how to retrieve it. If the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for a reshipment fee.

5. Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout and your order is deemed "lost in transit" by the carrier, we will reship it for you at no additional cost.

  • Stolen Packages: CONTRL is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently stolen or missing. We recommend providing a secure delivery location.

  • Post Office Holds: Orders that are held at your local post office for retrieval (due to delivery access issues) are not eligible for reshipment claims. You must collect them from the carrier.

6. Promotions & Reshipments

  • Promotional Exclusion: If your original order included a promotional offer (e.g., "Buy 1 Get 1 Free"), any authorized reshipments (due to lost packages or other issues) will not include the free or promotional item. Reshipments will only contain the main paid product.
